What it is
EagleView sells high-resolution aerial imagery and property measurement reports to roofing, solar, insurance, government and utility customers. For contractors it offers roof, walls, gutter and whole-house reports for takeoffs and bids, and says deep machine-learning algorithms extract measurements from current and historical imagery. Its EagleView Assess autonomous drone, aimed at roofers and insurance work, uses AI to flag hail and wind damage and produces automated reports with roof measurements and 3D models. It also markets Eagleview Horizon, which it calls an agentic-AI workspace that combines imagery, property and weather data. Published pricing as of Oct 19, 2026: residential Bid Perfect reports $18; Premium Roof Reports $24.25 to $87 depending on roof size and pricing tier; the Assess page lists MSRP tiers starting at $449 a month.

Use an AI damage-detection drone report to get a denied roof claim paid
Tesson Roofing & Exteriors
Brett Tesson of Tesson Roofing & Exteriors in St. Louis uses EagleView Assess, an autonomous roof-inspection drone whose software uses AI to flag hail and wind damage and generates automated reports with measurements and 3D models. In a testimonial on EagleView's site, Tesson says the company had a $500,000 roof claim denied, and that after flying the Assess drone and giving the insurer the report, which proved what they were saying, the insurance company paid for the roof. The account is vendor-published; the claim details haven't been independently verified.
