Why this site exists

I'm Daniel Massaad. I built a solar company from $0 to $60M, and I spent those years living the same problems every contractor knows: leads that go cold, quotes that take too long, books that tell you nothing about which jobs made money, and phones nobody can answer while they're on a roof.

Now every software vendor says “AI” fixes all of it. Most of what you read is either hype or a sales page. What I wanted, and couldn't find, was a plain list of real contractors using AI in specific ways, with a link to the proof, sorted by trade and job.

So that's what this is. Every entry is a real use case from a public source (a post, article, video or case study). Each one names the tools, the trade and the task, and links to the original so you can judge it yourself.

How entries are picked

• Every entry needs a public source we've actually read. No made-up examples.
• Vendor case studies are labeled as vendor-reported. We don't audit their numbers, and you should read them that way.
• Entries are never paid for. Sponsors get clearly labeled ad slots, nothing else.
