What gets accepted
- There's a public source we can link to: an X post, Reddit thread, YouTube video, article, podcast or case study.
- It's specific: who did it, which tool, and what changed.
- Trades covered: Roofing, Solar, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Remodeling, General Contracting.
- Tasks covered: Quoting & Estimating, Lead Follow-up, Job Costing & Bookkeeping, Scheduling & Dispatch, Marketing & Content, Customer Service / AI Receptionist, Permits & Paperwork, Safety & Training.
Vendors are welcome to submit customer stories. We review every entry by hand and label vendor-reported results as such. Submitting doesn't guarantee a listing, and paying never gets you one (see Sponsor for labeled ads).
