Privacy policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026
Last updated: Oct 19, 2026

This policy explains what information Trades AI Use Cases (tradesusecases.com, “we”) collects and how it's used. The site is a static directory run by Daniel Massaad. There are no user accounts, and we try to collect as little as possible.

Information you give us

  • Email. If you email us (for example, to submit a use case or ask about sponsorship), we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to reply and to review your submission.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you give us your email address. See “Newsletter” below.
  • Sponsor payments. If you buy a sponsorship, you'll pay through Stripe. See “Payments” below.

Information stored in your browser

The “Save” button stores the use cases you save in your browser's local storage on your device. That list is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. The site doesn't use its own advertising or tracking cookies.

Hosting and analytics (Cloudflare)

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic, such as page views and referring sites. We use this only to understand how the site is used and to keep it running. Cloudflare's handling of data is described in its own privacy policy.

Newsletter (Beehiiv)

Our newsletter runs on Beehiiv. When you sign up, using the form on our pages or on our Beehiiv page, your email address goes straight to Beehiiv, which stores it and sends the newsletter for us. Beehiiv may record whether emails are delivered, opened or clicked so we can see what's useful. The signup form and a small Beehiiv attribution script load from Beehiiv's servers on our pages, so Beehiiv can see technical details such as your IP address and the page you're on, and record which page a signup came from. We use your address only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you. Beehiiv's processing is covered by Beehiiv's privacy policy.

Payments (Stripe)

Sponsorships are planned to be sold through Stripe Payment Links. When you pay, you enter your card and billing details on Stripe's checkout page, not on our site. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us what we need to run the order, such as your name, email address, the amount and the payment status. Stripe's privacy policy covers its processing.

Affiliate links and partner cookies

Some links to tools may be affiliate links, labeled “Paid link” (see our disclosure). If you click one, the tool's company or its affiliate network may set a cookie or use a similar technology on its own site to record that you came from us, so it can pay us a commission if you sign up. That happens on their site, under their privacy policy. We don't receive your personal information from those partners, only reports such as clicks, sign-ups and commissions. The same applies to the micro1 referral link on our company data page.

Other sites

Entries and tool pages link to other websites, such as sources, vendors, X and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them.

How we share information

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, so they can run their part of the site, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and newsletter subscriptions for as long as they're needed: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or for as long as we must keep records such as payment records for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we'll honor valid requests.

Children

This site is for business owners and professionals. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
