What it is
Quotr.ai is construction takeoff and estimating software. Users upload PDF or image plan sets, and its AI counts symbols, measures lengths and calculates areas across the set, while an AI agent answers plain-language questions about the drawings. Pricing can come from the contractor's own cost database or Quotr's average costs by US zip code, and the platform exports marked-up plans, takeoff sheets and proposals. Quotr also sells a done-for-you estimating service and a materials procurement program.
